Escala is a full-service travel agency and wholesaler company that provides tourism and travel services to clients and destinations throughout the world. Escala makes available, on a stand- alone and package basis, travel products and services provide by numerous airlines, lodging properties, car rental companies, destination services providers, cruise lines and other travel products and services. Escala was established in Caracas in 1977.

Committed to the quality of tourism services that we provide to our customers, in 2011 we decided to implement a Quality Management System under the standards of the International Standards ISO 9001:2008, to improve the quality of the products and services that we offer to our customers and with the final aim of achieving service excellence.

Thanks to the joint efforts of the entire team of professionals working in Escala Group, on August 28, 2012, we obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification, internationally recognized and awarded by Bureau Veritas. This Certification was awarded to our two business lines  Design and Comercialization of turistics products and services  for  travel agencies and corporation customers ( Escala Tourism Wholesaler, C.A)  and  Comercialization  of turistics products and services for direct customers ( Viajes y Turismo Escala, C.A).

In total, only 180 companies have been awarded with the ISO 9001:2008 certification in Venezuela, and it is important to note that we are the first wholesaler of travel and tourism in the country to receive this certification, which fills us with pride and commits even more our organization in its quest for excellence.
